    📦 Returns

    Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    💸 Refunds & Replacements

    We’ll happily offer a refund or replacement if:

    • Your product arrives damaged or defective

    • You receive the wrong item

    • Your package is lost in transit (verified via tracking)

    Please email us at info@mysimplelife.co.za with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo (if applicable). We’ll respond within 2 business days.

    🚚 Shipping Costs

    Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).

    We currently ship throughout South Africa with a flat-rate fee structure to keep things simple and transparent:

    • Gauteng: R120.00 flat rate

    • Rest of South Africa: R150.00 flat rate

    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

    📦 Delivery Time Estimates:

    • Gauteng: 2–4 business days

    • Other Provinces: 3–6 business days
