We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt.

Conditions:
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Returns are at the customer’s own cost.
Refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned item(s).

Customized, perishable, or used products may not be eligible for a refund.
We are not responsible for return shipping damage or loss.

We offer reliable courier shipping across South Africa:

• Johannesburg & surrounding areas: R100

• Rest of South Africa: R200

Orders are processed within 5 business days and delivered via trusted courier services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
