Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt.

Conditions:
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Returns are at the customer’s own cost.
Refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned item(s).

Please Note:
Customized, perishable, or used products may not be eligible for a refund.
We are not responsible for return shipping damage or loss.
Please email us at hello@mysimplelife.co.za with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo (if applicable). We’ll respond within 2 business days.
 

We currently ship throughout South Africa with a flat-rate fee structure to keep things simple and transparent:
Gauteng: R120.00 flat rate
Rest of South Africa: R150.00 flat rate

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

📦 Delivery Time Estimates:
Gauteng: 2–4 business days
Other Provinces: 3–6 business days
