Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However we’ll happily offer a refund or replacement if: Your product arrives damaged or defective, you receive the wrong item or your package is lost in transit (verified via tracking)

Please email us at hello@mysimplelife.co.za with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo (if applicable). We’ll respond within 2 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect product).  

We currently ship throughout South Africa with a flat-rate fee structure to keep things simple and transparent:

Gauteng: R120.00 flat rate

Rest of South Africa: R150.00 flat rate

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
